About Ustaz
Ustaz offers live one-to-one lessons in authentic Arabic and the Quran. Every fee is shown before you book.
What Ustaz is
Arabic and the Quran, one to one. Live 45-minute lessons with teachers from Gaza and Palestinians abroad. Online, one to one, with a teacher you choose.
Choose what you learn:
- Modern Standard Arabic
- Palestinian and Levantine Arabic
- Quranic Arabic
- Tajweed
Four steps to a live lesson:
- Choose your teacher. Every card shows the price per lesson.
- See every fee. Every deduction is on the page before you pay.
- Pick a time. Each slot shows your time and the teacher's time, side by side.
- Take the lesson. A 45-minute live lesson: video, audio, or text.
Lessons are live and face to face, right in your browser, on your phone or your laptop. Built for weak connections: lessons carry on over video, audio, or text.
Lesson notes: adults who opt in can have notes from their lesson, checked by their teacher.
Our teachers
Teachers keep about 85% of every lesson, and every fee is shown. Trial lessons pay the teacher too.
Our goal: more learning, and more teaching livelihoods.
